Even simple tasks are micromanaged (“This is 5 min work, why are you taking 15 min?”). - The work culture feels like a school environment—they run timers on systems, and you cannot even talk freely with team members. - The company has 4 CEOs, which leads to complete mismanagement, confusion, and lack of direction. - They assign 5 projects at the same time, and every project is treated as the “top priority,” creating chaos and unrealistic expectations. - If you fail to complete all 5 projects simultaneously, they send an “unproductive day” email and even deduct salary for that day.
