Pros
I have been working for them since 5 months and am so glad to be in such good hands. It's a great company for experienced and new teachers alike and if you are hard working you will get paid enough to turn it to your full time job. In a gist the company is - Very organized and efficient - They value their teachers and provide a lot of support/training for new teachers - Easy to navigate and interactive teaching platform - Flexible hours and good pay - You get paid even if your students don't show up, so your time is highly valued
Cons
- The penalties upon cancellation of classes due to issues at the teacher's end are high but that is the same with all the companies.
