I've been working here for 2.5 years, and it feels like a mini MBA program - the culture is inclusive - your opinion is heard - you get to work on many things Sometimes the days are very long - but it's a lean start-up - so it is expected Very results-oriented - if you finish your R&R in a fraction of the time - you can chill The leave policy is pretty great too

The remote policy sometimes is sad - wish we could meet more often
