      Pros

      Work outside, meet great superintendents on construction sites.

      Cons

      Tiered pay structure that quickly goes straight to 100 commission. Dispatch and business methods antiquated. Temporary staffing recruits made the job impossible. Can’t sell it when workers are getting the police called consistently.

      They will take advantage of your hard work and try and take credit for it themselves. /unwilling to work with Branch staff. One little guy married the owners daughter and he thinks he can do no wrong, he is unprofessional in all manners and has no clue of the job he is doing!!
