      -able to learn a lot of things from the engineers

      Management do not recognize their people for good work and fail to see the strengths of their team. The management always doubt their people’s hard work. Can see the company have no concern for their people’s happiness or well-being. They hire purely for productivity and profit. This result in high levels of stress, turnover.
