Worst Leadership, Very Biased and no job security. They have been laying off bunch of people every quarter.

This was one of the most challenging workplaces I’ve experienced. Leadership lacks clear direction and professionalism, which significantly impacts morale and productivity. The CEO often behaves rudely and unprofessionally, and senior management demonstrates weak leadership skills, including poor communication and lack of support for employees. Meetings are frequently unproductive and sometimes inappropriate. Overall, there is a strong need for more effective, respectful, and transparent leadership.
