Over all takes and minuses
Pros
Experienced working my homeland as am originally from there but had no clue. Learnt culture and working in poverty stricken world while trying to uplift and help my family still in Somalia including my own dad and siblings. Had the chance to teach, train, and make a difference to both lives and company culture. Trained more than 100 plus of their staff for public relations and branding.
Cons
insecurity of all types worst of all your life is endangered every day. Structure and top management are all hit and miss in relations to their position. Profit making is top agenda even though to be fair is a regional problem caused by lack of state institutions to guide and oversee the staff and company issues across the whole country. People will tell you they are the best company to work for on Somalia but don’t forget they have no comparison basis or worker rights group to complain to.
