Friendly Colleagues but Weak Leadership and Uncertain Future
Pros
The working environment among colleagues is very friendly and supportive. Office culture is flexible, salary is paid on time, and the workplace has good facilities like meeting rooms, TV, and table tennis. It can be a decent place for fresh graduates or junior engineers to start their career and gain initial industry experience.
Cons
Higher management is mostly absent from the office and appears disconnected from employees and day-to-day operations. The company feels like it is running on autopilot without visible effort toward business growth or bringing new clients. Job security is a major concern. Employees were laid off suddenly after losing a client, without proper prior communication or transition time. There is also a toxic internal culture issue where certain senior employees behave disrespectfully toward others while management seems to ignore it. The office food quality is also very poor and needs significant improvement.
