I worked at Hunt Construction Group full-time for more than a year

    Pros

High salaries, good coworkers, good projects

    Cons

You are disposable. Do a good job but if nothing open they cut you loose. No management appreciation for job well done. Little job security for recent hires. They expect a lot not in job descriptions

    No Opinion of CEO

I worked at Hunt Construction Group full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Ability to gain good experience for your resume.

    Cons

Annual salary increases are below the regional cost of living adjustment. Upper management lies when explaining the bonus incentives. The owner of my last project paid the bonus incentive in October 2018 and to date, 3/6/19 no bonuses have been paid to the project staff. All of the positive reviews are for a company that no longer exists (Hunt Construction Group). Mike Fratianni is not the CEO, in fact he was unceremoniously let go in 2018 after the integration into AECOM Hunt. Mike Burke is AECOM's CEO.

    Pros

Awesome projects, great team leaders and good benefits.

    Cons

Company is too big now that was bought from another one. So it is not that easy to climb the ladder.

I have been working at Hunt Construction Group full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    1. The benefits that AECOM Hunt offers for my family and I are great. 2. The project teams have the potential of being great when everyone respects each other. 3. Overtime is available, but has to be earned. 4. Great opportunity to move up in the company with enough determination and proving yourself, it can happen fast. 5. Upper management tries to keep you as close to your home as possible when sending you to projects. 6. When upper management sees that you are an asset to the company, they invest in you.

    Cons

    1. Some teams have bad leadership or leader is just disrespectful. 2. Sometimes project demands more and it's tough to balance home and work. 3. There's never a good time to take time off.
