      The Worst Possible Company

      Pros

      Nothing really. Initially was promised alot, when joining. However, seems totally opposite after joining.

      Cons

      The most unprofessional company ever. The HR, management, is totally weird. Editor has no respect for anyone, at all. Forcing people to do jobs unrelated to role applied.

      None to think of - The worst company I've ever had the misfortune of working at (when it was known as AMG - Adaikalaraj Media Group)

      If you are in the good books of the editor, you will be fine. Whoever stays and whoever gets kicked out depends on whether he likes you or not, and not based on merit. Be prepared to witness with a lot of swearing, verbal abuse and violent temper tantrums from him. I feared for my personal safety at the time, in fact. CEO who will turn on you at the drop of a hat. They promise Heaven and Earth when they hire you as they are always in need of staff. Extremely high turnover rate with 'hire n fire' policies. Masters of the Art of Constructive Dismissal. Notorious company, stay far far away!
