Pros
Smart people with deep knowledge, some good people in middle management.
Cons
Horrible, HORRIBLE culture, very little opportunity for advancement, terrible top management. I would certainly not recommend this company unless you'll receive a huge pay raise. if not, it's simply not worth the aggravation.

Pros
Great people, smart, would like to have fun. Ability to hear from leaders in sponsorship. Well known.
Cons
Weak leadership, no advancement opportunities, part of GroupM, bigger is not better. all decisions based on financial and they are happy to tell people that. Leadership gets deep in the weeks and does not allow employees to take leadership positions. Not a trusting environment and it all starts at the top.
