      Worst experience ever

      Pros

      1. They only want revenue 2. No work life balance 3. No week offs 4. No leaves 5. Only mental torture.

      Cons

      Full of cons. 1. Hidden Salary Deductions 2. No proper time slots of working 3. No response from mid or top level management if employee is not satisfied with reporting managers. 4. No professionalism 5. Everything is communicated orally. 6. Employees are being harassed to give inputs irrespective of working hours. 7. Most of the clients are not satisfied with the services.

      Great Mentorship and culture

      Pros

      1. Opportunity to learn and grow in this organisation 2. Flexibility to work and ownership to projects 3. Cooperative colleagues to help/ train/mentor you in all the situations I would also like to mention the kind of trust shown by the senior management here to employees here is amazing. There is no unrealistic demand or timeline given, we are always asked for the timeline of a project. Special mention to Mr. Upneet Grover and Mr. Divyansh Chaudhari, for building such an amazing organisation in such a short span of time.

      Cons

      1.Half of the team is working from home and rest is in office, coordination is big challenge. 2. Team engagement and Team building activities should be more. 3. Not any additional perks apart from Salary and incetives(Just for Sales team).

      No Life!!!!

      Pros

      Only pro is little bit good salary. But still, another company can also Provide that much salary.

      Cons

      Everything here can be counted in Cons!! Almost 7 days working. No holiday, no personal life. You have to stretch the work almost every day from 9:30 AM to 8pm onwards. Every time without even understanding employees problem, they'll mark LOP. If you want some personal life also, don't go with company please!! Or work for almost 7 days and 10-11 hrs a day. Still with LOP's
