1) no salary increment 2) even after working for approx 20 month i have got no pay raise 3) exploitation of work, working overnight, nightshifts, worked for almost 24+ hours tirelessly but yet you have to report next day 4) too much of office politics involved, if you want to grow, your senior wont let you as they have inferiority complex 5) Not a stable company as they layoff their employees every year on december and april 6) toxic work culture 7) they will deduct from salary even if you are 5 mins late but they have all the right to send your salary even 1 week late 8) this is not a organization - it is basically a registered NGO which they hide from everyone which aims to turn black money into white 9) Lastly wont recommend at all even if you are stuck in adverse situation 10) They will sack you when you ask for appraisal and hire a fresher for half of your salary
