Pros

Good benefits, generous paid time off, generally good work culture

Cons

Management took away preferred schedules while not having enough people to do the work for the restaurant. This is evident by the long lines on the weekends for customers, dirty tables, lines of dirty dishes in dish carts spilling out into the dining room, backed up tray carts stacked around the tray return areas. The workers can't keep up, there are multiple call outs on the weekend because no one wants to deal with it anymore. Some management is aware of how out of hand it is and what a terrible customer experience it provides, yet others seem completely oblivious and are in complete denial of the mess that happens EVERY WEEKEND.

Pros

really good medical and dental benefits as well as reduced meals for employees. Very lenient policy on attendance which is a big plus

Cons

Understaffed and overworked. Expectations are extremely high, leads and management leave before end of shift and coworkers are left without management if any problems happen.
