There were some fun things to do during the day to get your mind off work.

Cons

Overworked and little pay. Sometimes people would try to steal your ideas as their own. Felt like my job was always in the line and management played favorites. The employ manipulative practices to ensure you are the "brand" of what they believed was positive for them. It's a fear-based leadership to the extreme.

Having the office located near a main highway with easy access was a good thing.

Cons

I believe the lack of effective training and favoritism was what led me to resign from my position at this company and accept an offer elsewhere. For me, the pay was decent enough to keep my job, however the department I worked in seemed to not have enough employees to keep it flowing without having heaps of stress.
