Worst company to work for. If you’re new to the hotel industry this company will teach you everything you should not do for hotels and management. If your not Indian you don’t get special treatment but if you are they let you do what you want. They don’t pay you what your worth and they will lowball you. If you work for them ask for what you’re worth especially in management. Aim high or go to a normal hotel company that knows what they are doing. Ownership has no clue. They don’t value their employees. Slave drivers. They higher the wrong GM’s and staff is never trained properly. Good luck if you try and work for this company.
