      I have been working at INFOWAYS TECHNOLOGIES full-time for less than a year

      Pros

      Pay is okay, but missing on many benefits like overtime. Works with many big clients in and around DC and a few other states.

      Cons

      Benefits are not industry standard. Not much scope for development as this is a strict consultancy firm. Would benefit by including more domain expertise and larger client base.
