Managers with poor managerial skills and lack basic leadership qualities—they never plan properly and are quick to dump blame on juniors when things go wrong. 3. Design standards are pathetic, everything is rushed, and executed without any real logic or understanding of purpose. 4. Instead of aiming for quality, they runs on jugad that often create more problems than they solve. 5. Growth and learning are non-existent there’s no mentorship, no skill development, and hard work is rarely recognized or appreciated.
