      "Toxic Workplace: Employee Rights Violated, Financial Issues, and Unfair Management"

      Being a multicultural workplace and growing rapidly in a short period of time.

      Cons

      Directors and Senior Management fail to fulfil the rights of the employees. They involve middle management and workers in overtime and illegal processes. Due to financial problems, salaries are not paid, and many issues related to quality and occupational safety are overlooked by upper management. During the termination process, defamation and threats are used to pressure management departments not to pay the compensation rights obtained by the employees. It is not only a toxic work environment but also an unfair and insecure workplace. I do not recommend anyone to work here. Especially the person managing the company is the leader of the thieves.
