I do not think there were any cons

Almost ALL the management. They lie and deceive any and all they can. They talk so much about how they are all about growth and learning but it’s really only when they can benefit from it. They constantly talk about “playing the game” and how “that’s how office jobs are”. If you are a woman, RUN from this job. When you bring them an issue, you become the problem and there is always retaliation. I could honestly go on and on. 1000000% not worth the pay.
