      Pros

      Some hard working people present to drive change.

      Cons

      Corrupt management practices. Outputs not appreciated or rewarded. Highly political environment with managers blocking any growth. No company culture. Very mediocre pay grades. Do not even waste your time by applying for any role!

      No salary increments (even if you have worked there for 7 years) Managers who don't value your effort, some even throw you under the bus. Product managers are always pushing technical people to reduce the amount of safety precautionary measures to save cost for their own benefit. Ungrateful bosses
