IceCream Labs has an employee rating of 3.9 out of 5 stars, based on 17 company reviews on Glassdoor which indicates that most employees have a good working experience there.
The only pro is that the CEO didn't come into the office very often.
Cons
- salary not paid on time
- salary not paid at all
- no proper HR policies
- no proper structure
- Try to make you sign weird papers in the name of exit formalities
- release letter not given even after months
- no response to repeated emails about unpaid salary and papers
IceCream Labs is probably one of the WORST companies you can ever work for. Please avoid ruining your career. All the positive reviews are fudged by their maniacal CEO.
Cons
The entire company is a Con. The CEO is a horrible human being who will suck the life out of you, and not pay you what you deserve and not even give you any experience letter at the end.
I was fresh pass out and 18 months with company and especially the tech team transformed me. I learnt hell of lot. Full freedom to experiment and do things - even for fresher. i expected to be told what to do and manager monitoring me. But they allowed me to pick projects, I could question management in meetings. Made me jump into startups after this.
Cons
It is not like a big company or MNC. My roommates in MNC had lot of comfort like food courts but work was boring and they were waiting to leave office. for me office was fun and lit was like being back in college. It is a very techie company - so work is not simple coding and you have to be doing lot of new stuff which is tough for freshers.
