      disappointed about the experience

      Pros

      flexible, easy going and friendly.

      Cons

      They are a family business and very often there's aggressive conflicts between the father and his son and daughter in front of the employees. Poor and messy management, work doesn't flow easily. Hypocritical culture with a lot of talking behind people's backs. Offices are very small with not enough space for staff to work comfortably.

      Pros

      - Start up style work environment. You can work across a lot of projects/areas of the business if you’re willing to teach yourself the skills - Immediate team was great and super supportive - Slow pace if you like that working style, you don’t take work home with you

      Cons

      - No career progression and lots of unfulfilled promises - Poor communication from senior leadership - High level of staff turnover - Toxic environment consisting of high level of gossip and negativity from business owners leading to constant arguing - Lack of investment into staff - Below average pay and is always a fight for pay increases despite performance
