Pros

The colleagues in KL are very pleasant to work with.

Cons

Previously, I worked in the ARC team in KL. Unfortunately, we were not treated well by the UK line manager. Many important tasks and modules were fully controlled by the UK team, so my team was mainly assigned less critical work. This was the main reason I decided to leave the company. I also observed that these issues were not being escalated to top management, and they were not taken seriously. As a result, my team often had very little to do and remained underutilized most of the time. In addition, the head of department frequently made promises that were not fulfilled, and unfortunately, we did not have a proper channel to escalate these concerns to higher management.

When I first joined it was a great place and really got on.

Cons

New management coming in and thinking they know the business better than anyone else. Making it very difficult to do a good job even though I wanted to.

Good PTO and flexible schedule.

Cons

Poor compensation, disorganized upper management that has little understanding of the work engineering teams are doing, owned by private equity only concerned with their bottom line and not the well-being of company/employees, the list goes on and on.

Pros

easy to get your feet going in the world of BDR and SaaS. Nice office, environment, management support you with the skills you need to progress. Overall a very nice place to work

Cons

Progression is a bit stagnant. From BDR if you want to get into AM/ AE roles, the options aren't very available. Main reason is because spaces don't open up as they're not needed by the company unless someone in those positions moves up, gets fired or leaves.
