      Good money, bad people.(only pertaining to retail team)

      salary benefits and good quality products.

      Cons

      Top management of retail team is extremely inexperienced. The national sales head and marketing heads don't have any prior experience in similar roles and don't know what they are doing. All the blame for the product not selling in the market is put on the sales team to save themselves.
