      Pros

      Good benefits. Learning. Fequent office events.

      Cons

      No training from onsite team, learn on your own culture. Managers do not track what is going on so only escalations are highlighted. Need to report to onsite team and offshore admin - they have different expectation from resource. Your direct manager wants you to deliver on time while the office manager wants you presence. Office presence is valued more than anything else. Un-professional, unacceptable behaviour from site lead. Most resources are waiting to complete one year to leave the company. Enforce service based company culture. Do not adhere to what was promised.

      Opportunities to learn the complex architecture. Good pay. Flexible work hours Leaves and 1 week shutdown Frequent activities at the India office Free food, Free transport

      Cons

      Too frequent layoffs The new CIO is just not good No training from the US team, you are expected to pick up activities on your own. The roadmap keeps on changing and so dows the work, no clarity sometimes, puts in additional pressure to perform

      Only pro is good team in India

      Cons

      1.The US team don't give any training 2.Expect to learn all by self 3.Start targeting if you start asking questions 4. Start firing. Basically hire and fire policy is going on. No job safety whatsoever. 5. If I had a chance for rating no star. I would do that.
