      Pros

      Cool colleagues are the only good thing in this company. I guess trauma bonds people together.

      Cons

      Everyone is underpaid, overworked. People keep quitting and the two founders don't seem to reflect or understand why this is happening. Founders value profit over employee wellbeing and customer relationship. Internship in this company is a joke as they do as much work as a full time employee but get paid less than half the full time amount.

      Pros

      Imergey provides an exceptional environment for building a high-caliber professional network. I had the privilege of working with incredibly talented colleagues and servicing some of the industry pioneers in my client portfolio. The relationships and learnings I forged here have proven invaluable, continuing to benefit my career trajectory long after my tenure. It is an outstanding place for those seeking to work with the best in the industry. Outside of Annual bonuses, Imergey also offered benefits such as Health Insurance, Flexible working, free pantry and an amazing office. This might sound like fringe benefits, but personally, it gave me great comfort and i can call Imergey as Great Place to Work.

      Cons

      The role demands excellent organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a high-velocity, fast-paced environment. A place for those who enjoy being challenged, are proactive and adaptable individuals who can effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
