Pros

-When I worked there that wasn't the case, but I know now that salaries are somewhat better than most Greek media (around 1k). They did some weird stuff with the wages during the pandemic (getting fake-suspended while you still worked), but at the end of the day they paid everything and in general they pay on time. -Nice offices and in general nice colleagues that can help you deal with the difficult atmosphere.

Cons

- Completely toxic boss. If you know, you know. - It is known that it is rare to have a normal schedule in Greek media, but here it is somewhat worse. You get your schedule per week, late on Sunday night. There are no 2 weekends per week like most media, weekends are basically treated as weekdays. Shifts aren't stable even in the same week, eg. two days night, three morning. - Even though they have many people working there, there's still a LOT of work and it is difficult to get leave/time off due to poor scheduling (see above). - 0 progress opportunities like all Greek media
