      No cons, there is nothing to recommend in the company

      You will need therapy after working for the CEO, I personally had to go for therapy after this experience, He is a Japanese based in Kenya but is a racist. He does not believe people can be trusted and is so mean.

      If this is Incourage by Kunihiko Kawano, I would not recommend it to my worst enemy.

      There are some great employees

      Cons

      The CEO Kuni treats people like Trash, You will be micromanaged, Chased out of the office and Yelled at like a kid. Their turnover is crazy for this reason and most people will never even say they work or worked there. The thought of being in that space is Traumatising

      An environment where employees are constantly yelled at by their CEO and employee are lied to asked to do sales when that is not what they hired for.
