      Pros

      Coworkers are the only good thing about this place. I don't understand how this terrible place attracts such great people.

      Cons

      The CEO - a narcissist that won't delegate anything and micro-manages everything. If you're not working on the project he's currently obsessed with, chances are you're working in vain as he'll either drop it or fire you. He's rude to his employees if you're not in his inner circle.

      The CEO is a dictator, probably the worst boss in Canada. McDonalds treats much better their employees than this company.

      Nothing, I joined this company and regretted it real quick

      Pretty cold-hearted people and worst micromanagement you ever seen, you can get fired at anytime, even when you think you're doing very good. I was called to be told that my contract had been terminated without any notice, any reason, any nothing. Did everything as good as I could because before I joined in I read reviews that people get laid off easily, so I tried to do everything extra. But it didn't help. What's really wrong with Inmedia Tech?
