Pros

A learning lesson for the under-trapped employees to experience the mental boss ever! 2. Get to learn inbound marketing with certifications at free of cost 3. Good pay package 4. Small but good office environment with all facilities (except fridge)

Cons

List is endless, but highlighting few main points- 1. Inveigle's candidates to work here with good pay packages. 2. Mentally harasses employees for non completion of daily deliverables. 3. Mentally pressurizes to work and achieve targets on something you weren't hired for! 4. The one man boss (Mr. Raj) is fickle minded in terms of assigning tasks to employees. Changes mind frequently and says the opposite to what he discussed previously. 5. Keeps women stay at office till late at evenings (till 10pm if task is not delivered that day) 6. Asks to return back to office after 7.30pm even if employee leaves for the day. 7. Has no projects to work on and fills in his Google calender with his personal tasks (like daughter appointment, dinner with family etc) and doesnt gives his time for meetings and deliverables at office and blames employees to not have finished the task on time. 8. Discriminates about work performance among other employees publicly. 9. Doesn't value and appreciates employees contribution to success rather highlights non-existant negativity of work 10. Poorly managing the employees and claims that he helps his team to learn. 11. Company has completed 8 years but has only 6 members as its total team. Many more to continue.....

Poor employee management

Pros

Since there are only 5 employees in the company, there's lot of work for an individual to do and that makes for a good work experience in a short period of time.

Cons

First of all nearly all the good reviews here are fake, they make you write good reviews on glassdoor while you're working at inbound mantra. I did as well (titled: good company with great opportunities). All the cons of this organisation are releted to the founder. 1. There is no management in the company as such. It's just the founder. 2. The founder doesn't values or honors any cluases of the appointment letter. He does not understand or honor labor laws of the country as well. Wants to act as dictator, disrespects his employes and treats them as slave labor. 3. The founder doesn't accept the resignation letter if you want to leave the company and thinks it is legal to do so. He won't respond to resignation discussions on official emails and tries to stall the official processes. After ample time has passed since resignation he replies with threatening email asking the employee to return back to work and for achieving that he even makes false accusations on the employee like stealing company's assets without any basis or proof. 4. He has erratic mood swings throughout the day and all the employees have to adjust their day according to his mood. 5.There is no system for employee management and no process and procedures are followed. It's a one man rule territory. 6. There are constant comparisons made among employees. The founder doesn't know how to lead a team at all. Rules and processes are of different intensity for different employees. The list goes on...

Not recommended. Pathetic Employee Handling.

Pros

A learning lesson for people to not join such small companies where harassment is the daily tea.

Cons

The pay-package is the honey trap. Been lied to by the management, about Employee count during the interview. The company has less than 10 employees, was told more than 20. Pathetic employee handling. Extremely rude and unprofessional behavior towards the employees. Work hours depend on the whims and fancies of the administration. The administration consists of just one person. Most of the time, work hours extend to 11 hrs. If you leave at the said office time even after completing the day's work, you'll be given more work for the sake. There's no balance with the personal and professional life. you just have a professional life, say goodbye to your personal life. Many Employees go over to their competition. Employees are threatened and spoken to, rudely for no reason at all. No Employee stays for more than 6-8 months due to the harassment. No Contractual agreement was violated by me as an employee, but that reason is being used to justify my contract termination. They follow a use and throw policy with their employees and it's not recommended for freshers. There's not a tiny bit of job security here, smaller startups are more promising than this company.
