White Neocolonial pseudo-feminist organisation

Pros

there is flexibility and remote work

Cons

Work here only if you have no other option!!! 1) CEO is extremely controlling & micro-managing and justifies it all the time. 2) It's supposedly a "global south" organization but entire executive is just white people from the global north. 3) Huge disparity in global south v/s global north employee salaries and if you question it, some baseless benchmarking set by the CEO without any expertise is used for explanation. 4) Ethically very questionable for an organisation that works on social inclusion and ethics. 5) Neo-colonial in its ways of working. Avoid working here if you can!!

Pros

1. Flexible work options, can be based out of anywhere in the world! 2. Gives the agency to voice oneself. Empowers employees. 3. Flat culture. The staff cares personally and challenges directly. 4. Supportive feminist colleagues. This is such a breath of fresh air! 5. Massive growth potential. 6. Great pay! And several options of employment.

Cons

In start-up mode (though that has its benefits)

Pros

Flexible and remote work arrangements enable a strong work–life balance. The organization provides meaningful growth opportunities and trusts employees with the independence to plan and execute their work effectively. Well-established governance structures ensure clarity and accountability. The work environment is friendly and supportive, and despite being remote, there are ample opportunities to collaborate as a global team with colleagues from different parts of the world.

Cons

Remote and global, would make it work across time zones, and requires a lot of planning. Need to expand the client base further
