Pros

When people ask me where I learned to think about product, I say Increff without hesitation. Not a course, not a book — this place. Building WMS modules that are now used by over a hundred brands, navigating the tension between client customisation and platform scalability, presenting to investors and board members — these experiences compounded over five and a half years into a perspective on product that I couldn't have gotten anywhere else. The founders gave me the kind of trust that's genuinely rare — the latitude to make big bets, and the coaching to land them well. I was part of conversations about company strategy that most PMs at my level would never be in. The ESOP value I realised on departure was meaningful and handled with total integrity. What I treasure most, though, is the group of people I worked alongside. They made me better, and I hope I did the same for some of them.

Cons

Work is more, Life is less.

Pros

I've worked at agencies and at larger tech companies where marketing meant executing someone else's strategy, approving every comma with three stakeholders, and measuring output in vanity metrics. Increff is refreshingly different. I was given real campaign ownership within my first quarter - budget, strategy, execution, measurement, and the trust that came with it changed how I approached the work. When you know your decisions matter, you bring your whole self to them. The brand is growing in the retail-tech space and being part of shaping how it shows up in the market is exciting. Sales and Customer Success are close partners — I'm in client conversations, generating case study content, and seeing the commercial impact of brand work firsthand. The team is creative and commercially minded in equal measure, which makes for genuinely good collaboration. I look forward to most Mondays, and I don't say that lightly.

Cons

Haven't come accross any real concern till now.

Pros

The implementation role at Increff threw me into the deep end on Day 1, and looking back, that was exactly the right call. I was managing client go-lives for major fashion brands within my first six months. The complexity — coordinating between engineering, ops, and demanding enterprise clients — forces you to grow up fast as a professional. I made mistakes, and the leadership here responded with coaching rather than criticism. What I carry with me from Increff is a combination of technical depth and client-facing confidence that I simply couldn't have built anywhere else this quickly. The product is genuinely excellent, which makes the work easy to be proud of. The team I worked with was close-knit and supportive, and the exit process was handled with professionalism and warmth that I didn't take for granted.

Cons

Frequent travel to client sites comes with the role — works brilliantly for some, less so for others.
