Its a small company so I received a lot of exposure to all aspects of commercial/industrial solar projects from procurement to engineering to township level zoning requirements.
Cons
Inherent in a small company is that a lot of responsibility is thrown on your plate, but this can also be seen as a pro in my opinion.
