The only interesting aspect is working with international clientele from diverse regions.
Cons
-Toxic work culture. -Prevalent office politics. -Highly micromanaged work environment. -Instances of bullying. -Management often engages in gossiping in Spanish and French (some employees, fortunately, understand these languages). -Strict punctuality rules with no flexibility (not allowed to be even one minute late or leave one minute early). -Inadequate salary. -Subpar working conditions. -Old and poor quality equipment (computers, headphones, etc.). -Misleading practices by the sales department towards customers. -Promising unrealistic expectations to customers.
