It feels very competitive. Everyone wants to outperform Salary comes on 7th of every month, should be ideally 1st of every month PF needs to be implemented

The fact that nobody in the system knows anything is sometimes helpful. It means that it's an open canvas. But in the long run, it feels pointless too.
