I worked at Inmotion Technologies AB for over 10 years. Overall, I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a great place to work. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and excels at what they do, and the company places a high value on treating employees well. The workplace is friendly and helpful, and the culture of the company encourages collaboration and new ideas.
Cons
However, one downside is that many people tend to stay with the company for a very long time, which can limit opportunities for growth and fresh perspectives. Despite this, I found my time there to be incredibly rewarding, and I gained a lot of valuable experience there. I would definitely recommend it as a great place to work.
