1. Those nice and fun coworkers will eventually get terminated. The management here doesn't need a solid reason for them to kick you out. Asked too many questions? Most likely to be terminate 24 hours without compensation. 2. The management have no regards of their emotions. We expect managements to be level-headed and professional, but here the management are neither of it. They will talk ill about an employee (current or former) in front of staff, initiating the office politics.

Awfully disorganised management. So you can only expect this issue to trickle all the way down to you. They do not manage their expectation (eg: ask for a project that should be given 3 months to be done, to be done within less than two weeks). You would have to go beyond your JD(which doesn’t exist in the contract), and they might even ask the impossible out of you. We never had a fully executed marketing plan, so everything is just a shot in the dark for them. And somehow they will find a way to blame your execution as an employee, instead of analysing what went wrong with the plan. They were never ready to hear out any of your opinions, even when it is for the benefit of the brand. They will make themselves sound like they are super capable of achieving greatness; to be frank, they really do not know what they are doing. All they are is just lucky.
