Pros
At first, was explained that this was a great start up opp w opportunity to make a lot of money, which is usually the case when you take the risk of joining a start up. No equity up front, which should have set off alarm bells.
Cons
Just finished training 2/3 of their sales force to promote newly FDA approved pharma impregnated implant, and informed us of absolutely impossible quota for next six months. Everyone was stunned. Money is significantly less than what we where told.
