      - Lot of high quality cutting edge work happening here be it engineering, UX, life sciences, financial services,IP, AI, Blockchain etc. - Working with the latest tools and technologies. Fast paced company. - Best thing is it has great people, including a strong mid management and a great leadership team. Very vibrant and friendly atmosphere. - The average skill/talent level and IQ of your coworkers is very high here. - Visionary founders. Working with them makes you feel motivated. Company has a great future. - Located in Pune, the most liveable city in India - Working in Innoplexus is a lot of fun. - The design team here is among the best!

      Cons

      Nothing significant really. Some days hinjewadi traffic can have a bad mood. When you move out, you really miss working here, that's the biggest con I can think of.
