Sometimes the CEO is not very sensitive to some people’s feelings as he is very pragmatic and practical. Can be quite harmful to culture especially if young people are joining for passion. If you want to maximise learning, he’s good for you cause it’s no nonsense. Bad is bad.
A minority few people are also quite toxic and I can see that affects everyone including the CEO to do his job. Could see that CEO quite stuck especially when those toxic people are good at their job but can’t directly tell them.
