It’s a great place to work with very understanding people. I’d recommend it.

Cons

The structure is a bit unusual since management prefers to keep things fairly open and flexible.

Leadership not willing to listen to issues raised

Pros

- fast environment. - flexible scheduling

Cons

- poor structure of teams - constant communication issues due to communication happening on too many platforms - absolutely no uniformity in systems. If you work with 4 or 5 managers expect to have to do your job 4 or 5 different ways. - proactive action taken is punished - constantly trying to shift admin time onto clients. For example, have been told by several in leadership to bounce time I spent organizing my emails around to different clients. - always an overwhelming amount of work and expectations to jump in where needed regardless of what you are doing - management care about their own time more than yours. Does not matter what you have scheduled or what you need done, it’s always put manager asks first, almost always with incredibly little heads up. - I could go on

Right ideas, poor execution

Pros

They respect work life balance, which in this industry, is rare.

Cons

Minimal change commitment over multiple years and a ridged leadership structure resistant to feedback and input. They grew too fast and operate without proper structure. Many managers feel overwhelmed but locked in and unable to find paths forward. Their benefits package is well below industry standard.

Thank you for your feedback. We do value input, although we obviously can't implement all the feedback we get. However, we do appreciate it and listen. We have shifted our hiring practices in the past few years to bring in more seasoned expertise and have benefited from the diversity of perspectives and new ideas that have come from it. We will continue to strive to be better, and thank you for your input.
