Pros
Since we founded Inspirant Group, putting people first has been at the center of all of our discussions. People are our team of "Unconsultants" - both full-timers and contractor. People are our clients. People are our community. We defined our core values early on and we hire Unconsultants who live those values, creating a culture of bright, motivated, and fun people to work with.
Cons
Even though we've accomplished quite a bit, we are still a fairly young company. We often have to wear many hats and sometimes have to change direction based on the greater good. Unconsultants need to have comfort in ambiguity at times.
