They don't follow any government regulations like 1.Form - Q Register of Employment (TN Shop & Estab Act) not register in bangalore, kerala - S& E Act 1947 2.Form - T Wage Slip / Leave Card (TN Shop & Estab Act) - they won't give salary slip for employees as per government noms - minimum wage act 1936 3.THE MINIMUM WAGE ACT 1948 FORM - III ANNUAL RETURN won't be done 4. Appointment letter will not be issued 5. While joining time they will fake commitment like salary hike in 6 month once, leave type of cl,sl and EL are avilable, by telling all this they get the BOND AND EDUCATIONAL CERTIFICATE form employees- after joining there is nothing like hike and leave type- two month once - 1 leave allowed . if you tired to leave, they will not give your certificate and blackmail employees to work in low salary- sema fraud management 6. they won't give you the salary fully - it also divided based on performance they will say, but the target you cannot achieve like you need to completed 10 projects in a month, if you won't completed salary will be cut. 7. Top management will not act as top management, Employee speak to drivers they will raise question, if employees speak they will raise question--I think they are doing some illegal activity that why they afraid of employees-- Any they collect educational certificate that a illegal activity - They doing illegal activity as causal so be carefull before joining this company. THINK 100 Times joining this company... 100 % FRAUD company. Employees are afraid of giving reviews , because they holding educational certificate .. if you relive also they won't give. THERE IS ALREADY A CASE RUNNING ON BANGALORE COURT
