      Pros

      Everyone is very smart and very technical. It makes for a great working environment; very challenging just to keep up with your peers. But a great way to learn and very rewarding.

      Cons

      The company is a bit old school...dress code, etc. But that's really not a big deal.

      It is a very horizontal managent company. There are some people who don't have management skills and manage you.
