      I Love IA!

      Pros

      The nicest people work at IA. It feels like a second family. We care about our clients, our content, our impact in the world, and our relationships.

      Cons

      We are fully remote, and sometimes it can be hard not to see each other in person. We do have a lot of zoom meetings so that we stay connected.

      benefits are minimal, not compelling

      Cons

      revolving weak leadership, toxic culture, gossip, back stabbing fear based culture. Can't practice what they preach and the content is fairly weak as well. Better off going for a successful company. Continuous failure.
