Pros

Nice office, good location, reasonable hours

Cons

Boss is utterly horrendous. Worked here a year and a half and never got a single good word from her. Told I didn’t deserve a raise because she thought I ‘wasn’t a very nice person’ which is insanely inappropriate to say to an employee. I was brought on to do marketing and admin but ended up running the entire company - customer service, sales, credit control, account management: I did all of it. The days the boss was in were the worst days, she would give you long lectures about things you knew how to do or things that she was just getting wrong but you had to nod your head and play along. When she’s not in the office, she calls AT LEAST once every hour. The most calls I got in one day was 21. All about pointless things that waste time and just go over the same nonsense over and over. She has no idea how to run her company and wonders why it’s stagnant and why her employee turnover is so high. Treated employees like dirt and is obsessed with seeming ‘high society.’ Only ever heard criticisms, blamed for every little thing, and berated daily. Was very detrimental to my mental health. This job caused me a lot of suffering that I didn’t deserve. Avoid at all costs if you value yourself and your mental well-being in the slightest.
