Pros
Supportive management, good coworkers, cool owners. Dynamic work environment with travel opportunities. A different street/city/province each week. Flexible schedule. Ability to set your own hours in many cases. Management tries to work with you on your other commitments. Can be extremely fun.
Cons
Long, unpredictable hours. Management may pull the rug out from under you at the end of your shift and insist you stay for 2-4+ more hours, or extend travel by days. Can be very boring.
