Pros

I am sorry I can't find any..

Cons

1) The salary offers not really higher than the average market rate (Other firms offer higher pay and best benefits!!) 2) Micro-managed (tap in tap out for teensy tiny little things including your toilet break) 3) Inflexibility management style. No room for negotiation. Booking air ticket in advance not guarantee your leave approval. 4) Study leave once for each subject. You need to beg them to sign off PER. 5) Promotion based on their taste instead of your performance. 6) Compulsory come back on weekend. 7) Play dirty on your last month salary. If you resign you get trouble. Try other firms even you are desperate for a job. They are the most 'WORST EMPLOYER' I have met. How 'lucky' I am.

Pros

None none none none none.

Cons

This firm practices favouritism. No matter how bad you do if you're their favourite you will always be good. Always always critise never give credits. NEVER! They do not give two hoots about signing off experience for your professional qualification requirement. You practically have to beg them to do it when it's actually part and parcel of recognizing your effort for your time invested in their firm. Appreciation = ZERO. They judge you on how late you stay at office. You must come to office PUNCTUAL but cannot leave office PUNCTUAL. You have to OT late then only they label you as good staff. Turnover of staff is terrible. If your firm is how you advertised it to be then people wouldn't leave like that. Peak is all year round. It's a joke. Your time invested here doesn't bring you any good. Learning curve is 180degree.

Pros

Nothing good to say about this company

Cons

-Partner sign on FS until customer calls in and complain. And afterwards reprimand staffs for not chasing -Partner doing personal stuff with 'special friend' during office hour -Partner and 'special friend' bias towards staffs. IF they like you, they treat you with more nice and kind attitude. -Even the HR always blindly follow what partner and 'special friend' say. if its bad, you will always be bad to their eyes. -Not professional -Think of themselves highly as if can be like BIG 4 companies -Partner and 'special friend' can say bad and stupid things to embarrass staffs within the office -Benefits don't say -the worst. Even if want to take leave must be approve than can book flight. Well, for them they book flight and then go off without informing. Sub standard? Yes. -They need to wake up their bloody idea and stop talking and shacking legs in the office. -Don't respect other religion. Discrimination.
