      Talk a good talk but a very undermining and bullying culture has emerged

      None whatsoever I'm afraid. A very dark experience.

      Cons

      For all the talk of strong workplace culture this is a smokescreen for bullies to thrive at this workplace. I was hugely undermined for the final few months of my employment leading to a deterioration in my mental health and my resignation.

      Hybrid, nice colleagues, clean office and facilities

      Cons

      Poor base pay, no bonus or incentive, lack of progression due to amount of staff wanting it advertise it but the percentage who get it seems to be low can wait years despite positive feedback about your performance
